Hello PhD Students,
How are you? Our PESO executive board has a few updates:
- Save the Date (event flyer attached)! The PhD in Education Student Organization (PESO) is planning its signature semi-annual “Nuts & Bolts” Conference on Saturday, November 16th, 2019, from 9:30 am – 3:00 pm. The theme of the conference is Writing. A variety of topics (e.g. planning, writing a conference proposal, writing for grants, the logistics of writing a policy brief, etc.) related to writing will be presented by both faculty and students. Lunch will be included, and a peer-mentor networking session will take place during the lunch break. The agenda and presentation descriptions will be distributed in early November. We look forward to seeing you there!
