Submissions are open to all bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral students within the College of Education and Human Development*
- Submissions are accepted between February 3 and March 3, 2025 via the online submission portal.
- Submissions may come from an individual presenter or group. Only one submission per group will be accepted; please list every contributor when prompted in the submission form.
- Submissions may be submitted for either oral and/or poster presentation format.
*George Mason students whose primary program is outside of the College of Education and Human Development (CEHD) are welcome to submit a proposal, so long as they are collaborating with a CEHD faculty mentor and their research is aligned with a CEHD program or a related field of study.
All submissions must include the following:
- Presentation format preference
- Title of Research Project (20 words or fewer)
- Research Project Abstract
- Please seek faculty guidance if unsure of the appropriate elements of a research project abstract for a particular discipline.
- Abbreviated Research Project Description for Publication (100 words or fewer)
- Presenter information, including:
- Full name
- Professional headshot (high resolution, portrait photo – no selfies please!)
- Mason email
- G#
- Student status and program(s) of study
- Name of faculty/staff collaborators
- All students are required to collaborate with at least one faculty member
